Frequently Asked Questions
About The Coaching…
-
As a specialist decision coach, I help women in their 40s and 50s who feel completely stuck at a major life crossroads - questioning a long-term relationship, contemplating a career pivot, or facing a midlife transition. I don't tell you what to do. Instead, I provide a structured, objective space to help you untangle your thoughts and make a decision with clarity and zero regret.
-
My practice is for women in their 40s and 50s facing high-stakes life transitions - the decade where many women realise they want the second half of their life to look different from the first. If you're successful on paper but feel paralysed by a "should I stay or should I go" dilemma in your career, relationship, or lifestyle, this coaching is built for you.
-
No. As an ICF-certified coach, I never impose my own opinions or tell you what to do. You're the expert on your own life - my role is to ask the right questions and provide the tools that help you access your own answer, so whichever way you go, it's a decision you fully own.
-
That fear is exactly why most women come to see me. In our sessions, we strip away the emotional noise and look at your options through a structured framework of logic and intuition, so you're not just choosing a path - you understand why it's the right one for you, which is what removes the fear of regret.
-
Completely normal, and expected. It's common for your perspective to shift as we go deeper into what you actually want. The framework is adaptable - if your goals or feelings change, we follow that shift rather than forcing you to stick to an earlier answer.
-
It's a decision you make with your head and your heart in agreement, not just picking a door and hoping. You stop spending energy relitigating the choice daily, and start spending it on actually living the outcome.
Credentials & How This Differs From Therapy…
-
Below is a list of my credentials. Therapy often looks backward to heal past experiences; coaching looks forward - we focus on where you are now, and the practical and intuitive steps needed to move forward, and only looking back if it’s relevant to moving you forward. Some of the tools I use are based on concepts such as ‘parts work’ and ‘internal family systems’ and somatic therapy, but I am not a trained therapist.
Personal Performance Diploma from The Coaching Academy, accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and The Association For Coaching (AC)
Certificate in Generative Coaching from The International Association of Generative Change (IAGC), accredited by the ICF. Trained by one of the co-founders and creators of NLP
and Somatic Coaching, Judith DeLozier and one of the most experienced trainers of NLP, Judith Lowe. The course was created by NLP leaders, Robert Dilts & Stephen Gilligan.Certificate in Practitioner and Master Practitioner NLP Coaching from NLP School accredited by the ICF
BA Honours Degree in Journalism, Film & Broadcasting from Cardiff University.
The Process…
-
Because crossroads decisions can feel draining, the framework is designed to be focused rather than open-ended. The process runs across three 120-minute sessions, giving each one real depth without dragging the process out. By the end, you'll have a clear, logical and intuitive action plan.
-
The Decide & Thrive Package includes three in-depth 120-minute coaching sessions, held in person, online, or a mix of both to suit you - plus email and WhatsApp support between sessions to keep your momentum going.
-
Yes - follow-up sessions can be booked on a rolling basis. Ongoing 90-minute sessions remain available at £150 for existing clients wanting continued support with confidence, limiting beliefs, relational issues and more.
Booking, Payment & Logistics…
-
The first step is to book a free, no-obligation 30-minute Chemistry Call via my online calendar, so we can discuss what you're facing and check we're a good fit before moving forward.
-
I'm based at The Print House, 18 Ashwin Street, Dalston, London, E8 3DL - a lovely, private practice room for in-person sessions. Sessions can also be held online via Zoom, or as a combination of the two, whatever suits you best.
-
For online sessions, I use Zoom - you'll receive a secure link ahead of time, and just need a stable internet connection and a private space to talk openly.
-
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. With less notice, the session still counts as one of the sessions in your package - if you'd like to have that session again, it would need to be booked and paid for separately.
-
Payment is taken securely via Stripe ahead of your sessions. Payment plans are available on request for those who'd prefer to spread the cost.
Is This Coaching Right For Me…
-
Yes - sessions can be held online via Zoom, so you don't need to be London-based to work with me, though many clients also choose to meet in person at my practice room in Dalston.
-
I'm an ICF & AC Certified Life Coach, Generative Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, I've personally worked through "stay or go" decisions of my own - relationships, career, and where to live. My approach was built specifically because a pros-and-cons list was never enough for me either.
-
Yes, I also coach men. This coaching is suitable for anyone who is willing to trust in this process.
