My Method

I use Generative Coaching methods that create new ways of being, incorporating mindfulness and somatic modelling to tap into and channel our creative unconscious, giving us a deeper understanding of our lives, thoughts, intentions and actions.
Somatic coaching focusses on the words and body movements you use within a session to uncover unconscious thoughts and feelings unavailable to thinking alone, which can be much more productive than traditional coaching methods and lead to lasting change.
We’ll explore your connection to yourself, to your intention and your resources. This involves walking through a timeline, overcoming obstacles by turning them into further resources, and solidifying new daily habits and anchors to keep you moving in the direction towards your intention. You will learn how to look inside yourself and tap into your inert intuition, rather than seeking the answers elsewhere.
I know this works because I have benefited myself, as well as seeing the results in my clients.
Packages

First we will ‘clean your filters’, allowing you to have the most productive session possible, feeling centred, aligned, focussed and connected to your intuition.
Define your intention, desired outcome or direction you want to move in, making it crystal clear in your mind and body. When you can feel it in your body and visualise it, you are much more likely to achieve it.
Tap in to resources, both internal and external - you might be surprised at who shows up and how they can help you.
Move through a timeline of actions towards your desired outcome and identify any obstacles or beliefs standing in your way.
Create new rituals and daily habits to ensure you stay on the path towards your desired outcome.
This stand alone session can sometimes be enough to get you moving in the right direction. If you think you’d like to go deeper, and have more time to explore limiting beliefs, obstacles or relational/collaboration issues, then please do book one of the packages so that we can use NLP tools to transform any beliefs or obstacles into resources.

The first session would be similar to the ‘Deep Dive Session’ with the following two sessions allowing us time to work on any limiting beliefs or obstacles that come up in the initial session. If you’re already aware of issues you’d like to work through, then definitely better to book one of the packages rather than a stand alone session, so either this 6 week package, or the 3 month package.

This will allow time to cover everything mentioned in the 6 week period, but will benefit those who have multiple or bigger projects/goals that need to be ‘chunked down’, and those who have various limiting beliefs or obstacles that may require dedicated sessions to work through using NLP tools.
